- As you saw when browsing the Cat Lady Fitness Shop, we include clear product descriptions with dimensions of each item and photos of different body types in the medium size of each item. This information is view-able on each product page. We took the effort to provide such detail in order to give all customers utmost confidence when choosing their ideal size. Due to this, we do not offer size exchanges. The only consideration would be due an error on our part – for example, if you are mistakenly shipped different size than what your order states.
- If there is an issue with a misprinted/damaged/defective item in your order, contact us here within 14 days after your product(s) have been received. Include your order number and details of the issue. For packages lost in transit, please contact us no longer than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
